Ingredient in Rachael Ray recipe? - rachael a. darian

Hey guys, I'm doing the chicken, sausage and a pile of tortilla recipe, but can not find the type of meat used in recipes Rachael makes a person about the class and perhaps a sign?. Everything you see is the chorizo from Mexico, like the ground pork or beef, and nothing like they use for food is 30 minutes. Help?

The sausage is used, a Spanish-style sausage that is cured (it looks more like a sausage) in this regard. There is also a Mexican chorizo is fresh and more like the pigs that you have said. If you live on the west coast, it is likely that you will find this type and on the east coast is probably more than to find you. Do not ask in a shop of specialty foods such as Whole Foods. You should. BTW, I like the two types of exchange.

The chorizo is what we are, their use is normally accustomed to pre-cooked sausage and must be heated. In grocery stores are well stocked, in children, Polish sausage, Italian sausage, and in the meat department. You may have to find a specialty meat with a butcher's shop to find out whether your business is very small.
You can use the ground, the sausage you can find just a bit before cooking and drain excess fat. When it cools, to request the recipe as add, .. only the shape is different, the taste will remain unchanged.
